- Grizedale Mountain Bike Challenge
- The course is run entirely over forestry land, this creates a real mix of terrain for the riders. The singletrack is fast, exciting and testing in places. It climbs to a height of 294m and this being the Lake District means the views are stunning. No other event in England can claim to have all of this!
As organisers we take nothing out of the event for ourselves. All sponsorship money is ploughed into the event to make it bigger and better than the last. Competitor's entry fees are split between the event's cost and our two chosen charities, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Eden Valley Hospice Children's Ward. We are all mountain bikers and believe it or not we all do it because we love the sport!
