This is a splendid villa in its own grounds situated in a quiet residential
Canarian Village. With amazing views of the mountains and rolling countryside
down to the sea, it is only fifteen minutes from the world-famous surfing
beach of Famara.

Interior
This villa is on one floor offering large comfortable rooms with plenty
of light. It is decorated to a modern high standard. The lounge is tastefully
furnished and opens up into a large dining area. There are patio doors
leading onto the terraced area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing
machine, microwave and hob, with a laundry room adjacent to it. There
is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio windows onto the
terraced area, plus two further bedrooms (with the option of twin or double
beds) and another shower room.
Exterior
The villa is in its own grounds with off-road parking leading into the
villa's mature gardens, a patio area with patio furniture, sun loungers
and a barbeque. There is a swimming pool surrounded by Astroturf to avoid
burning feet; the garden and pool area are not overlooked which allows
privacy without spoiling your view of the surrounding countryside.
Location and Amenities
The villa is located in a quiet residential Canarian village, five minutes
drive from the old Capital Teguise and fifteen minutes to the beaches
of Costa Teguise. One of the main attractions of the village is the famous
star-rated Lagomar Restaurant, which doubles as a museum and was once
the holiday villa of Omar Shariff.
The local social club
also provides good-value food, a take-away service with family-friendly
English speaking staff and all-round entertainment. Teguise also has a
supermarket where you can stock up on provisions. You also have the advantage
of being able to get to the Teguise Sunday market before the tourist coaches
arrive, famous for its beautiful table cloths, leather goods and wooden
items from Africa. Do remember that you are expected to barter.
